2/9/2024 0 Comments Downloading MedisFrom your Library page, hover over a media tile and click the menu button.If downloading is disabled for the institution or for a particular piece of media due to settings in the system, you will see the Download option but it will be grayed out. If the presentation was created entirely in EchoVideo, the Download original option is grayed out these presentations do not have an originally uploaded file to download.Polling questions are not included in any download, either in presentations or interactive media.Any slides deleted from the original upload will appear in the downloaded file.Any slides added to the original upload will not appear in the downloaded file. If the file has not been altered, you will get the same presentation you see in EchoVideo.With respect to downloading presentations and interactive media, the item downloaded is the original file that was uploaded (for presentations) or the original video/audio from which the interactive media was created. If the purpose of downloading a media file is to then upload the file to your library so you have your own version, you should instead Create a copy of the media, if this option is available to you. You may also be able to download media that has been shared with you or collection media if your collection permissions allow. You can always download the media you own.
